- Eligibility
This promotion applies to Pumped Up Parties inflatable nightclub bookings made during the promotional period for events held in January. One reward applies per booking.
- Party Organiser Requirement
The $100 reward is available only to the original booking holder / party organiser whose name and payment details are on the booking. Content submitted by guests or attendees is eligible only where it is submitted or approved by the original booking holder.
- How to Qualify
To be eligible for the reward, the party organiser must provide a minimum of three (3) photos and/or videos that clearly show the hired inflatable nightclub in use at their event.
- Submission Timeframe
Content must be submitted within 48 hours of the event ending. Late submissions may be considered at Pumped Up Parties’ discretion.
- How to Submit Content
Content may be submitted by:
- Tagging @pumpedupparties on Instagram (post, story or reel), and/or
- Sending content directly via Instagram DM, email, or a file upload link.
Public posting is not required to qualify.
- Content Quality
Submitted content must be clear, usable, and relevant. Pumped Up Parties reserves the right to decline content that is excessively blurred, dark, low quality, or does not reasonably display the hired equipment.
- Reward & Refund
Once eligible content is received and approved, a $100 refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the party organiser within 3–5 business days.
- Usage Rights
By submitting content, the party organiser grants Pumped Up Parties permission to use the photos and videos for marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and advertising.
- Privacy & Face Visibility
If faces or identifying features are to be hidden, Pumped Up Parties can blur, crop, or otherwise edit content prior to publishing. Requests must be made at the time of submission.
- Limitations
- One reward per booking
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
- Pumped Up Parties reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time
