Yes, our inflatables are made of durable, water-resistant material, making them suitable for use in light rain. However, for the safety of all guests and to ensure the longevity of the inflatable, we recommend not using it during heavy downpours or in wind speeds exceeding (25km/h). Safety is paramount, and while our inflatables are sturdy, extreme weather conditions might pose risks.

Our inflatable nightclub and marquee can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people, making it ideal for a range of events from private parties to larger gatherings.

Setting up our inflatable typically takes between 1.5 to 2 Hours. Our team will ensure everything is perfectly in place and safe for your event.

Our inflatables are designed with flexibility in mind and are best suited for soft surfaces where we can securely anchor them. Currently, our setup requires hammering in 30cm pegs for stability and safety, making it ideal for flat grassy or gravel terrains. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to set up on hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt, where pegs cannot be used. We always recommend choosing a location where the ground is free from sharp objects to ensure safety. If you’re unsure about the suitability of your chosen location, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for advice and possible alternatives.

Our sound & lighting package provides a JBL Party Box. This party speaker is loud enough to get any party pumping.

The inflatable marquee is designed with ventilation to ensure a comfortable environment inside. However, like any enclosed space, it can get warm, especially with a lot of guests. It’s recommended to keep doors/flaps open for airflow during the day.

In direct sunlight it can get quite warm, this is why we provide a powerful fan, however once the sun is gone the tent will be equal to the outside temperature.

Our safe operating parameters is light to medium rain with wind not exceeding 25kmph

Should these conditions go beyond our inflatable’s safe limits, potentially endangering the structure or its occupants, we retain the right to call off your booking due to such weather concerns. In such instances, we’ll provide options for rescheduling based on our availability or issue a complete refund.

Yes, cancellations are allowed up to before the event date. Please note that a cancellation fee might apply if done after the specified period.
